Jim Hennesy is the Lead Pastor of Trinity Church, and is the primary presenter of the preaching/teaching ministry and primary steward of Trinity’s vision. Jim focuses his ministry around the Presence and testimony of Jesus (Substance of God), and strongly encourages the church to live in supernatural participation with the Holy Spirit.
Jim has also served as a visiting professor at North Central Bible College and Southwestern Assemblies of God University. He has authored two books, No More Cotton Candy and Fresh.
He helped form Transformation Vision Cedar Hill, a community-focused coalition, and serves on the steering committee. He also leads a network of over 90 pastors across the nation and in Canada, using his over 37 years of pastoral ministry to equip the next generation of ministers.
Becky is a gifted teacher and minister. She communicates from her heart clearly and effectively and is presently serving as Co-Pastor of Trinity Church with her husband, Jim Hennesy. She is currently serving as Director of Reformation and City Transformation. Her desire is to gather Reformers who want to see the Kingdom of God come and His perfect will to be done in our cities, bringing transformation to broken places and systems. Becky is also the Chaplain for the WNBA Dallas Wings. Becky’s message is one of hope and reaches across generations and cultures. She has a tremendous burden for world missions, building teams and traveling internationally often, to spread the gospel and strengthen the local churches and works.
At The Hennesy Foundation, we believe in the transformative power of homeownership. We understand that nothing breaks the cycle of poverty and creates generational wealth like owning real estate. For us, it's about providing stability and instilling pride in families and individuals alike.
For many, homeownership is a cherished norm, but for countless others, it remains an elusive dream. Many strive to work with realtors, banks, and mortgage companies to get their finances and credit in order, only to fall short when it comes to the daunting hurdle of closing costs.
That's where we come in. The Hennesy Foundation is on a mission to change lives by offering $5000 grants to first-time homebuyers, covering the often prohibitive closing costs. Our story began in 1969-70 when the city of Dallas took 300 homes away from families to create a parking lot for The Texas Fairgrounds. Today, we have an audacious goal: to help 300 families over the next 15 years achieve their dreams of homeownership.
Our success hinges on the generosity of individuals and businesses like you. Together, we can eradicate the cycle of poverty and pave the way for generational wealth. Visit TheHennesyFoundation.org to make a one-time donation or become a recurring monthly supporter. Join us in something truly wonderful, as we work hand in hand to change lives and create brighter futures. Together, we can achieve remarkable feats. Thank you for being a vital part of our mission.
